Select an output(receiver) from the accelerated transaction(parent transaction) and create a new transaction(child transaction) containing that output. The child transaction fees rate is higher, which increases the average fees rate of the CPFP transaction batch, thereby speeding up the confirmation of the entire transaction group. Compared with traditional transaction acceleration, it is usually faster, and the fee is as low as 10% of traditional transaction acceleration.
